Delete your ManaLocal account and data

This page is provided by ManaLocal for users of the ManaLocal app and website.

How to request deletion

  1. Email manalocalconnect@gmail.com from your registered email address, if available.
  2. Use the subject ManaLocal Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify the account before deletion. Do not send OTPs, passwords, payment card details, Aadhaar images, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Verification: ManaLocal may contact you through the registered contact details to verify that the deletion request belongs to the account holder before deleting account data.

Data deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify account/profile information and other personal information that is not required to be retained, including information associated only with continued account use.

Data that may be retained

Some booking, payment/transaction, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax/accounting, safety, or legal-compliance records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Access to retained records is restricted and they are not retained for continued account use.

Processing time

Verified deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to any records that must be retained for legal, financial, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
